MBTI 16 Personality Types

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The world's most authoritative personality analysis tool, created by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers based on Carl Jung's psychological type theory, helping millions discover their true selves.

What is MBTI?

MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) is a self-report personality assessment tool designed to help people understand their personality types. It classifies personalities into 16 types based on four dimensions, each with unique thinking patterns, behaviors, and interpersonal styles.

Rather than telling you "who you are," MBTI tells you "how you operate." It doesn't judge right or wrong — it only helps you better understand yourself and differences with others. Whether you're a job seeker, student, or someone looking to improve relationships, MBTI offers valuable insights.

💡 How to distinguish -A vs -T? Both share the same core traits but differ in confidence and stress response.
