ENTJ Commander
“My way is the best way. Keep up or get out of the way.”
What each letter of ENTJ means
The four letters are four separate scales, not a single score. You can sit near the middle on one and be firm on another — which is why two people with the same code are not the same person.
Assertive vs Turbulent
“My way is the best way. Keep up or get out of the way.”
Decisive, extremely strong leadership, skilled at formulating and executing grand plans. Firm will, dares to face conflicts, drives teams toward goals.
Impatient and arrogant, lacks patience, poor at handling others' emotions, can come across as domineering and cold.
“I'm sure this is right... but what if it's not?”
Same ambition and leadership, but more empathetic. Questions your own decisions, more willing to listen to others.
Overly sensitive to criticism, fears failure, too concerned about others' views. Has control issues but feels insecure internally.

Assertive and Turbulent: ENTJ-A and ENTJ-T
The A/T suffix is a separate dimension describing how you respond to stress, not part of the original four letters. ENTJ-A describes a more confident, steady response; ENTJ-T describes a more self-questioning, perfectionist one. They are two versions of the same four-letter type, so the core description applies to both.
