BOSS is a person who always has their hands on the steering wheel. Efficiency is their religion, order is their oxygen. They're not 'born with leadership aura' — they ARE a walking aura generator. Within five meters of a BOSS, the air automatically becomes serious and efficient. What BOSS calls 'breaking through oneself' is roughly what ordinary people call 'self-flagellation.' Today they master a new language, tomorrow they ace a professional certification exam, the day after they're planning to colonize Mars.
